Ramdas Swami's 'padukas' to be brought to Jabalpur
Jabalpur, Oct 13 (UNI) The 'padukas (footwear)' of Samarth Ramdas Swami -- spiritual guru of Chhatrapati Shivaji -- would be brought to this cantonment town tomorrow.
Paduka Ayojan Samiti convenor Jitendra Jamdar said Ramdas Swami's 'padukas' would be placed at 'Samanvaya Kendra' here from October 14-22.
He said 35 saints from 'Samarth' community would be here during the period. The saints would go and collect dry foodgrain as 'bhiksha (alms)' from homes during their stay.
