PE player to invest $98 mln in Redington
New Delhi, Oct 13 (UNI) Redington India Ltd today said private equity investor Investcorp Gulf Opportunity Fund Company will invest 98 million dollars for a 36 per cent stake in its Middle East and Africa (MEA) business.
The company has signed an agreement with Investcorp towards this effect, it said in a statement The transaction, which will value the company's MEA business at 272 million dollars, is expected get completed by the middle of next month.
