Indore trust gets Indira Gandhi Award for National Integration 2007
New Delhi, Oct 13 (UNI) The 23rd Indira Gandhi Award for National Integration, 2007 has been awarded to Kasturba Gandhi National Memorial Trust, Indore, for its services in promoting and preserving national integration in the country.
The award to be given by Indira Gandhi Award for National Integration chairperson Sonia Gandhi on October 31 -- Indira Gandhi martyrdom day -- consists of a citation and a cash of Rs three lakh.
The annual award is given in recognition to outstanding contribution in promoting national integration and understanding.
