RR Group launches parking solutions in Kerala
Kochi, Oct 12 (UNI) In a bid to solve car parking problem in Kerala, the Rs 1,500-crore Ram Ratna (RR) Group today launched the 'RR Parkon Multi-Level Car Parking Solutions' in the State.
Talking to newspersons here, Group President Sreegopal Kabra said ''the solution, which would be availbale in four versions, needs at least 450 sq ft of land for parking 50 cars.'' The cost for installing the state-of-the art parking system would be around Rs 3.25 lakh per car, he said adding the concept had been sucessfully introduced in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Jaipur, Pune and Chennai.
The response from the these cities had been very good and the state governments concerned were very excited to operationalise these systems, he said.
Though there were three other players in the segment, 'RR Parkon' had 50 to 60 per cent market share in this sector across the country, he said.
In Kerala, the company has three to four projects in the pipeline awaiting official approval, he added.
