Man beaten to death in UP, police deployed

Jaunpur, Oct 12 (UNI) A Posse of police have been garrisoned in Mungrabadshahpur area of the district, where a man was today beaten to death by sticks over a land dispute.

According to police, Jatashankar Pandey (45) was brutally thrashed by four persons at Dihai-ka-pura village.

He succumbed on the way to hospital.

Meanwhile, police have registered a case against the quartet and nabbed three persons in the matter.
