Ten-day 'Srimad Bhagavata Satram' in Kerala
Trissur, Oct 11: A ten-day 'Srimad Bhagavata Satram' with 'Maha Ganapati Homam' was inaugurated by Malliyoor Sankaran Namboothiri and presided over by Swamy Prasanthananda at Sri Vadakkum Natha Temple. According to official sources, about 5,000 devotees were expected to participate during the function and various cultural programmes would be held as part of the Sathram.
The estimated cost of the Sathram would be Rs 60 lakh.
