Gold opens at Rs 14,075, up by Rs 255

Mumbai, Oct 10: Gold on Friday, Oct 10 rallied by Rs 255 per ten gm to open at Rs 14,075, following brisk buying support from ornament makers in view of bullish global advices, traders in the Bombay Bullion Association said. Silver rose by Rs 510 per kg to open at Rs 20,680.

In the international market too, gold was quoted at USD 929.00/930.50 per ounce (USD 910.00/911.50), while silver was at USD 12.28/12.29 an ounce (USD 11.82/11.83), Singapore market report said.
