Senior Medical Officer attacked by 2 youths in Haryana

Kurukshetra, Oct 10: The Senior Medical Officer (SMO) of Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Civil Hospital, Dr Jagmal Singh was allegedly attacked by two youths near a railway over bridge here on Friday, Oct 10 morning.

According to police sources, the alleged miscreants with muffled faces threw stones at the SMO who was going to the hospital in his private car. The stones damaged the front glass pane of the car but the doctor escaped unhurt.

The two youths later fled on a motorcycle. The doctor lodged a complaint with the local police. The police are investigating the matter, but no arrests have been made so far.
