David Crosby supports Rob Lowe and his wife in nanny battle

Washington, Oct 10 : Rock icon David Crosby has waded into the legal battle between actor Rob Lowe and the nanny accusing him and his wife of sexually offensive behaviour.

The couple's former child minder Laura Boyce has sued the couple, claiming Sheryl Lowe frequently walked around naked and also quizzed her about the size of her African-American boyfriend's penis.

However, the Lowes have denied the claims, and Crosby has filed a declaration backing their side of the story, based on time he spent with the family in Hawaii last year (07), reports FoxNews.

Crosby claimed that Boyce was open about her personal life and dating preferences and freely discussed them.

She stated on several occasions that she only dates 'black guys', he added.

Crosby also stated that he often spotted the nanny 'talking and giggling' on her cell phone while she was supposed to be on duty.
