Four people run over and killed by train

Barrackpore, Oct 9 (UNI) As many as four people were run over and killed by train in different incidents between Barrackpore and Titagarh Railway stations in North 24 Parganas today.

Police here said while two people were run over and killed, one fell down from the train after being hit by overhead post and another allegedly comitted suicide by jumping on the tracks.

All the bodies had been sent for postmortem, police added.
