Former CM Private Secretary sent on Four day Police Remand

Shimla, Oct. 09 (UNI) Senior IAS officer and Former Chief Minister private secretary Subhash Auhluwalia has been sent for four day police remand by Special Judge J.L.Gupta here today.

DSP of Anticorruption and vigilance Bureau, Shimla, N.K.Sharma told UNI on Phone that Mr. Auhluwalia, who has been arrested from Panchkulla of Haryana by Bureau yesterday was presented in front of Special Judge Shimla, Mr. Justice J.L.Gupta today.

He said that Bureau demanded four day police remanded which was accepted by the Court and Asked the Bureau to present him before the court on 13 October for further hearing .

He said that the bail application was also being presented by the Counsel for Mr. Auhluwalia in front of Mr. Justice J.L.Gupta, which has been rejected and would be considered on October 13 after the police remand.

Earlier, Police has brought Mr. Auhlwalia to Shimla yesterday from Panchkulla, who have to hospitalized at DDU Hospital at Shimla from after sudden health problem, from where he has been referred to Indra Gandhi Medical Hospital and College Shimla for treatment in the evening.

Mr. Sharma confirmed that Former CM private secretary is complaining chest pain and he has been given treatment.
