Ramky Group bags Rs 250 Cr Nuziveedu IIIT Contract
Hyderabad, Oct 8 (UNI) Ramky Infrastructure Ltd has been awarded a Rs 250 Cr building contract for one of the IIIT (Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies) by the Andhra Pradesh Government at Nuziveedu in Krishna District.
The project, which will be launched on the auspicious day of Dasara tomorrow, will be completed within 21 months.
The facility will be spread over 125 acre with construction area of about 22,53,660 sq ft accommodating approximately 2000 students in the residential block.
The project will have various facilities, including a 30-bedded hospital, a post office, a bank, commercial complex, independent residential buildings and guest house, a press release here today said.
Considered to be a boost to rural education, it will admit around 20 per cent students from various municipalities and 80 per cent from rural background, out of which 75 per cent students would be from Schedule Castes.
