One killed due to lightning in Asarbari

Nashik, Oct 8: A 45-year-old man was killed after being struck by lightning in Asarbari village of Peth taluka of the district on Wednesday, Oct 8. According to sources, the deceased, identified as Sitaram Nikule, had gone to graze cattle, when the mishap occurred.

Meanwhile, Baglan peth, Sinnar and Dindori talukas of the district received heavy rains, accompained by hailstorm, yesterday. In these rains, 15 cattle died and grape crop was badly hit.
