Militant killed, RDX recovered, four arrested in Kashmir

Srinagar, Oct 8 (UNI) Security forces killed a militant, recovered RDX and arrested four people in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said today.

They said security forces and police in a joint operation killed a militant at Anderbugh forests, Lalpora in Kupwara district.

One Ak rifle, four magazines, 79 rounds and a pouch were recovered from the slain militant.

They said security forces recovered half a Kg deadly RDX from a vehicle during checking at Wussan Khoi, Pattan. The driver of the vehicle and three others were arrested in this connection.
