'Diamond Hunter' wins the main event

Mysore, Oct 8(UNI) Less fancied 'Diamond Hunter' ridden by K P G Appu won the Santhosh S Lad Mysore Dasara Sprint Championship, the main event of the races held here today.

The winner is joint property of M/s Sunil Jhangiani, Gobind Jhangiani, Mrs Padmini Jhangiani Rep Equest (India) Pvt Ltd and Sanjay Kapoor and Trained by M Eshwer.

Trainer R Foley and Jockey B Prakash scored combination treble while Jockey K P G Appu had a brace of winner.

Five favourites are obliged in a card of nine events.
