Constable jailed for creating farce in Raisen
Raisen, MP, Oct 8: A constable was arrested and sent to jail for creating a farce in the district court premises in a drunken state, police said on Wednesday, Oct 8.
Sub Divisional Police Officer Abha Toppo said Rajesh Sharma reached the court at a hearing in an inebriated condition and started shouting and abusing his seniors yesterday.
Acting on the court's directive, police apprehended him and took him to doctor for medical treatment. Later, he was produced in the court from where he was sent to jail, police added.
