1 killed, 20 injured in road mishap
Pathalgaon, Chhattisgarh, Oct 8 (UNI) A youth was killed on the spot while 20 injured when a tractor collided head-on with a truck on National Highway near Jashpur district town today, police said.
The victims were residents of Lamdad village in Kansabel area.
Shyamlal (20) was killed in the mishap. The condition of five injured was reported to be serious while all of them were hospitalised here.
The injured, who boarded the tractor, were en route to their native village after taking part in a fair held on the occasion of 'Durgotsav', police added.
