Tayyab Hussain passes away
Jaipur, Oct 7 (UNI) Former Minister and prominent Meo community leader Tayyab Hussain passed away in Gurgaon in Haryana this morning, following a cardiac attack.
He was 72. He is survived by his wife, two sons and two daughters.
Hussain had a unique record of holding ministerial post in three states of Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan. He had held the post of cabinet minister in undivided Punjab. Later he held similar post in Haryana and Rajasthan. He had won Faridabad Lok Sabha seat twice but lost Parliamentry elections from Bharatpur twice.
He had won the Kaman assembly seat in Bharatpur District more than once but had lost the election from there in the last assembly elections.
