PRP to bring about change in State politics:

Hyderabad, Oct 7 (UNI) The Praja Rajyam Party (PRP) floated by Actor-turned-politician Chiranjeevi will bring about change in State politics eagerly sought by the people, Party Leader and Chiranjeevi's brother Pavan Kalyan said today.

Talking to reporters here, Mr Kalyan, who took part in membership drive after hoisting the party flag, said youth were a frustrated lot now and the party would not belie their hopes as it would accord importance to them.

''The PRP will certainly bring about change in State politics,'' he added.

Meanwhile, the party drafted 5,000 personnel for providing security to Mr Chiranjeevi during his mass contact programme beginning on October nine on Vijayadasami.

The actor will begin his tour of North Coastal Andhra Pradesh after offering special prayers at the Sun Temple at Arasavalli.

Meanwhile, the party held a brain storming session with activists from North Coastal Andhra Pradesh to evolve policies for the betterment of the Backward Classes.

In all, eight workshops would be held to finalise the party's policies for the BCs.
