Mob pelts stone on roadways bus in UP

Barabanki, Oct 7 (UNI) At least six people sustained wounds after a mob of locals pelted stones at an Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) bus over drunk driving by its driver The driver of the roadways bus, en route from Lucknow to Behraich, had hit a tempo and injured a person near Sehfabad railway crossing, police said.

However, when the inebriated driver accelerated the bus with an intention to escape, the enraged mob threw stones upon the bus, in which six passengers received injuries.
