2 gets RI in rape case

Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, Oct 7 (UNI) A local court has awarded rigorous imprisonment for 10 years each to two youth in a rape case.

According to the prosecution Punaram Yadav (24) and Sunil Yadav alias Chondha (20), residents of Chanadongari village in this district's Takhatpur area, sexually assaulted a woman when she was returning from her farms on March 12, 2008.

District and Sessions Judge Sanman Singh delivered the verdict yesterday.
