Dynamatic Tech buys UK's aeronautic firm for $16 mln
New Delhi, Oct 6 (UNI) Dynamatic Technologies Ltd today said it has acquired a UK-based aeronautic company for 16 million dollars.
The UK firm is involved in the manufacturing of highly engineered components and toolings, and its customers included Airbus, Boeing, GE Aviation System and Lockheed Martin among others, the company said in a statement.
However, it did not disclose the name of the aeronautic company, which is strategically located very close to production site of its customers at Bristol in UK.
