Adampur Station organises aero show

Jalandhar, Oct 6 (UNI) An aero show was organised at Air Force Station, Adampur yesterday to mark the 76th anniversary of Indian Air Force to be held on October 8.

A static display, micro light flying, para sailing and aero modelling show were organised during the show, which was attended by more than 5,000 people of nearby locality including families of Air Force, Army, Border Security Force, District Administration and school students.

Cadets of No 1 Air NCC (Punjab) Jalandhar Cantt displayed the skills of parasailing and aero modeling.

During the programme, the importance of flight safety and various measures for flight safety were explained to the people. The career prospects available in Indian Air Force were also explained to the students of various schools.
