RRB Energy bags orders worth Rs 358 Cr

New Delhi, Oct 5 (UNI) RRB Energy, a leading wind electric generator maker, today said it has won orders worth Rs 358.40 crore from independent power producers(IIPs) for setting up wind farm projects.

''Securing such a large order was a defining moment in the history of the company and we see a trmendous growth potential both in the Indian and in the export market during the coming years,''RRB Energy, Deputy Managing Director, Sarvesh Kumar said in a statement.

At present, the company makes sub-1 MW turbines.
