Kate Moss 'almost' confesses love for Pete Doherty

London, Oct 5 : While Pete Doherty is doing his level best to woo back ex girlfriend Kate Moss, the supermodel has also reportedly confessed her love for the Babyshambles star after splitting from Jamie Hince.

The catwalk queen shouted "I love you" over the phone after Moss' friend called Doherty's manager to say the model wouldn't reunite with the rocker, despite her break up.

Meanwhile, Doherty is also considering reforming The Libertines with Carl Barat.

"They're desperate to work together again," News of the World quoted a source, as saying.

Meanwhile, Doherty had posted an online video in a desperate bid to win back Moss.

The video features a track with footage of the junkie rocker in happier times, with images of smiling catwalk queen Kate.

The sentimental video posted on YouTube, called Wastegracelands, is two minutes and 33 seconds long and features the couple's happy moments.

It shows Moss and Doherty pouting into the camera and mouthing: "All I know is I love you."

It is believed to be filmed when the pair was an item that was before Moss hooked up with popstar Jamie Hince.
