Haryana approaches Ramdev for setting up Yoga University

Faridabad, Oct 5 (UNI) The Haryana Government is discussing with Swami Ramdev the issue of setting up a Yoga University in the state and a decision in this regard is likely to be taken soon.

This was disclosed by the Irrigation Minister, Capt Ajay Singh Yadav while speaking at the prize distribution function of the 24th Haryana State Yoga Championship here today.

The function was presided over by Mr B R Ojha,the Vice-President of the Haryana Yoga Federation.

In womens category of the championship, Faridabad district were crowned the winners with 10 points followed by Jind with 7 points.Similarly, in mens category, district Yamunanagar lifted the overall trophy by securing 14 points and Rohtak with 9 points.
