Ace designers set ramp afire during a Bridal show in Delhi
New Delhi, Oct 5 : Designers combine historic opulence and contemporary chic to dazzle the fashion glitterati with their bridal collection at the Bridal Asia event here on Saturday.
Renowned designers like Tarun Tahiliani, Ritu Beri, Falguni and Shane peacock along with Pakistani designer Honey Waqar and Bangladeshi designer Maheen Khan showcased a blend of contemporary and customary attires.
Offering a wide array of designs to choose from, the designers had everything from sequins to flares, patterns to cuts.
The show was an amalgamation of style, colour and tradition with the contemporary forms and silhouettes.
The bustier dresses merged with cascades of flounces, ruffles brought out the intrinsic feminine spirit with a splash of romance and flamboyance.
"There were lots of flounces that added to the fun of the outfit. There were lots of colours and mixes of fabric and stripes with florals. So, it was basically quite a flamboyant sort of mix and interesting bridal cut that I thought," said Ritu Beri.
Bridal Asia, one-of-a-kind fashion extravaganza, is devoted to niche craft and highlights facets of the proud heritage of Asia.
