Mukherjee Comission report should be made public: Baba
Bokaro, Oct 3 (UNI) Former president of Jharkhand People's party and Jharkhand Vikas Morcha leader Mukesh Baba today demanded that the report of Mukherjee Commission, formed to inquire into the death of former Prime Minister Lalbahadur Shastri, be made public.
Speaking at a function organised on the birth anniversary of the former Prime Minister, Baba said that the Commission had already submitted its report to the Centre but the latter was hesitating to take any decision in this regard.
''Mr Shastri had died under mysterious circumstances and the matter should be taken up seriously,'' the JVM leader said.
He said that both the sons of former PM should also mount pressure on Centre to make the report public.
