Jayant Patil launches 3-day Economic Development conference

Mumbai, Oct 3 (UNI) Maharashtra Finance Minister Jayant Patil today inaugurated the three-day ''Economic Development and Competitiveness-India and Canada'' conference at SNDT Women's University here.

More than 60 research papers on trade and commerce, mergers and acquisitions, environment, FDI and foreign collaborations will be presented during the conference.

Participants will include over 200 academicians, researchers and dignitaries from India and Canada.
