New 'Lancer', 'Cedia' after Diwali: HM

New Delhi, Oct 3: Plan to bring new models of Mitsubishi 'Lancer' and 'Cedia' to the Indian market is on said the C K Birla Group Company Hindustan Motors on Friday, Oct 3. The new models will be rolled out after Diwali.

"We are working on the new versions of Lancer and Cedia which will be available in the market after six to eight weeks,'' company Managing Director R Santhanam told reporters here during the launch of its SUV 'Outlander'. The company has four Mitsubishi models plying on Indian roads which includes Pajero, Montero apart from the Lancer and Cedia.

The company has been selling 200 units a month of Pajero and around 20-35 units of Montero.
