CCEA approves Rs 443 cr for Prasar Bharati, PIB for Games
New Delhi, Oct 3 (UNI) The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs today gave approval for the coverage of the Commonwealth Youth Games to be held this year and the Commonwealth Games in 2010 by the Prasar Bharati and Press Information Bureau at a cost of Rs 463 crore.
A proposal in this regard was made by the Information and Broadcasting Ministry as Prasar Bharati is the Host Broadcaster of both the Games. The Commonwealth Youth Games would be held in Pune between October 12 to 18 and the Commonwealth Games in October, 2010 in New Delhi.
