U'khand: Two labourers killed in hit-and-run case

Dehra Dun, Oct 1: Two labourers were killed and one was seriously injured when a vehicle hit them on the Ramnagar-Kashipur road in Uttarakhand early this morning.

Ramnagar Inspector Anand Busai told UNI that the accident occurred around 0400 hrs this morning when a vehicle hit the three labourers on the Ramnagar-Kashipur road.

He said two labourers had died on the spot while one was seriously injured was admitted to a local hospital.

The bodies had been sent for post mortems and local police were on the lookout for the occupant of the vehicle, he added.
