MP leaders extend Eid greetings

Bhopal, Oct 1 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Governor Balram Jakhar led a galaxy of leaders in extending Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to the state's denizens.

''The unity and brotherhood among followers of various religions in Madhya Pradesh is an example for other states,'' he said in a message.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan hoped that the festival would be celebrated in an atmosphere of traditional gaiety and harmony.

Assembly Speaker Ishwardas Rohani, his deputy Hazarilal Raghuvanshi and Leader of the Opposition Jamuna Devi also extended their greetings.
