Manipur: Militant beaten up for throwing bomb

Imphal, Oct 1: A suspected militant was beaten up by locals for allegedly throwing a bomb last night.

Police said the suspec threw two bombs at the residence of an engineer at Kongpal Laishram Leikai, Imphal East. One of the bombs was exploded.

No one was injured in the attack.

Police said later the locals of the area nabbed beat the youth, who was recovering at the JN Hospital.
