Mah CM greets people on Ramzan Eid

Mumbai, Oct 1 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh has extended greetings to members of the Muslim community in the state, on the eve of Ramzan Eid.

Mr Deshmukh, in his message, said, ''End of the pious month of Ramzan is celebrated with enthusiasm and gaiety as the festival of Ramzan Eid, which gives us message of mutual friendship, brotherhood and care for the under privileged.'' ''We must imbibe the message this Festival gives of sacrificing hatred, jealousy and temptation and fulfilling human life. Let us celebrate the festival with brotherhood in a peaceful atmosphere with the participation of other communities,'' he added.
