Ganesh Kutum remembered

Guwahati, Oct 01 (UNI): The Asom Gana Parishad(AGP)-Pragatisheel today recalled the contributions made by its founder vice-president Ganesh Kutum, who died last fortnight after prolonged illness.

Mr Kutum was the speaker of the Assam Assembly and founder member of the AGP who had sided with Mr Mahanta after the split and was in AGP(P) till his death.

In the commutative function, former chief minister Prafulla Kumar Mahanta, former minister Gunin Hazarika and former MP Prabin Sharma were present while for AGP, Mr Durga Das Boro represented.
