Aftek to raise 25 mn through securities

New Delhi, Oct 1: Aftek Ltd, a software services firm said its board has approved raising up to 25 million dollars through issue of securities including warrants. The company's Board of Directors, in a meeting on Tuesday, Sep 30 has also recommended a dividend of 25 per cent per equity share of Rs two each, it said in a statement.

Besides, it will also consider restructuring the business, including spinning off potential real estate business.
