UP CM hosts Roza Iftar party

Lucknow, Sep 30 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati today hosted an Iftar Party at a five-star Hotel here, in which rozedars of both Shia and Sunni community participated in large numbers.

The rozedars offered Namaz and wished for peace and prosperlty of the country.

State Governor T V Rajeswar, and several dignitaries of Muslim Community, including Maulana Hamidul Hasan, Maulana Khalid Rashid ''Firangi Mahli', Zafaryab Jilani, Abdul Bari, Kalbe Jawwad, Kari Mushtawq, Abdul Rehman, Yasub Abbas, Siraj Mehdi, Waseem Rizvi, MP Imtiyaz Azmi, participated in the Iftar party.

On this occasion, Vidhan Sabha Speaker Sukhdev Rajbhar, Chairman UP State Advisory Council Satish Chandra Mishra, Cabinet Minister Nasimuddin Siddiqui and Babu Singh kushwaha, Cabinet Secretary Shashank Shekhar Singh, Chief Secretary Atul Kumar Gupta, Principal Secretaries to CM V K Sharma, Vijay Shankar Pandey, Netram, Raveendra Singh, DGP Vikram Singh were also present, besides several other eminent citizens.
