Various political parties condemns territorial admin

Puducherry,Sep 30: Various political parties and social organisations on Tuesday, Sep 30 condemned the territorial administration for denying permission to the Periyar Dravidar Kazhagam party to organise a demonstration protesting the killing of Eelam Tamils in Sri Lanka.

In a jointly-signed statement, they said, it was violating their right to assembly.

The Puducherry Congress should make their stance clear on the Eelam Tamils' issue, they demanded and cautioned the Congress of facing debacles in the coming elections because of it's anti-Tamil attitude.They would organise a joint-agitation on October six to condemn the administration furthur.

The Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi(VCK), BSP, Tamizhar Desiya Iyyakkam, Federation for people's rights, are among the eleven signatories in the statement.
