Shimla to host All India Official Languages Conference

Shimla, Sep 30 (UNI) The 21st All India Official Languages Conference would be held in Shimla from October two to four.

As many as 150 literary figures of various departments of the Central and state governments as well as from corporate sectors from all over the country would participate in the three-day event, National Hindi Academy Kolkata, Chairman Sawdesh Bharati said.

Himachal Pradesh Governor Prabha Rau would inaugurate the conference. Union Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Anand Sharma would preside over the session on October 4.
