SC Stays trial proceedings in Sohrabuddin fake encounter case
New Delhi, Sep 30 (UNI) The Supreme Court today stayed till further orders the trial of police officers including three IPS officers facing trial in Sohrabuddin fake encounter case in Gujarat.
A bench comprising Justices Tarun Chatterjee and Aftab Alam also directed the City Sessions Judge, Ahmedabad where the case is pending to seal the entire case record in sessions case number 256/2007.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till November 11.
