JK: Jawan killed in accidental firing in Rajouri

Jammu, Sep 30: An army jawan was killed in an accidental firing in Sunderbani town of Rajouri district, sources here said today.

''The service weapon of the jawan fell down and it went off when he was on routine patrolling in Keri Lalyali area on Khour-Sunderbani border late last night,'' sources told UNI and added that the bullet hit his abdomen and he died on the spot.

The deceased has been identified as Naar Singh of Raj Rifle.
