HPMC gets Rs 37 crore order from Parle-G

Shimla, Sep 30 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Marketing and Processing Corporation (HPMC) has received an order of Rs 37 crore from Parle-G Limited to supply about 600 metric tonnes fruit concentrate.

Stating this here today in a press conference, Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Minister Narender Bragta also informed that the regional office of the Corporation will be shifted to Gumma.

He said that over 1.76 crore apple boxes and about 27,000 metric tonne bags of apple had been sent into different markets of the neighbouring state. He said that the state had targeted 2.25 crore boxes during the current apple season.
