Govt releases more wheat from tomorrow to check price rise
New Delhi, Sep 30 (UNI) The government today decided to release additional two lakh tonnes of wheat per month from tomorrow till the year-end in a bid to check price rise in the open market in view of the festival season.
The monthly releases for above poverty line category is being made following requests received from state government and adminstration of union territories, Agriculture Ministry said.
