France values nuclear partnership with India: Sarkozy
Marseille, Sep 30, 2008 Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, French President Nicolas Sarkozy and European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso addressed a joint news conference at the end of their talks in Marseille. Replying to a question, Indian Prime Minister drew distinction between the recent IAEA and NSG one-time waiver for New Delhi and Tehran's nuclear ambitions.
