Construction worker from Kolkata killed

Kannur, Kerala, Sep 30: A construction worker of Kolkata was killed in a freak accident on Tuesday, Sep 30 police said.

Jaswanth (22) was engaged in construction work when he fell down from the seventh floor of the Ocean Park Building, near S N Park under Town Police limits. He died en route to a pirvate hospital.

In another incident, a class ten girl student of Sreekandapuram allegedly committed sucide at her newly-constructed house on Monday, Sep 29 night.
