Congress and JD(S) will become 'non-entity' after elections:BJP
Udupi, Sept 30 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Karnataka General Secretary C T Ravi, MLA today predicted that both the Congress and the Janata Dal (S), which are forging alliance to fight against BJP would become 'non-trustworthy political entity' in the state after the by-elections due in the state and the Lok Sabha election.
Addressing a press conference here, he said that the people and the leaders who have left Congress and joined JD(S) and vice versa after losing faith on their parties once again lose total confidence due to 'unholy' alliance these two parties would see 'political death.' Expressing confidence in BJP winning all the seats in the by-election, he said that the party (BJP) had already started preparation and had held two rounds of meetings with the party workers by the Chief Minister B S Yaddyurappa.
Coming down heavily on both Congress and the JD(S), Mr Ravi said that both the parties who were more critical and targeting Bajrang Dal and the BJP government following the recent attacks on Christian prayer halls and violence incidents mainly based on forcible conversion and insult of Hindu Gods in the literature'Satyadarshini' by New Life centre demanding invoking of Article 355 have maintained their silence on violence incidents during last six months in West Bengal killing more than 75 innocent people and missing of another over 100 persons and on incidents of killing in Assam and Kerala.
The same congress party was silent over six lakh Kashmiri Pundits who took shelter on the streets in Delhi by the militant attacks.
Mr Ravi charged that the Congress led UPA government at the centre had adopted duel policy by showing hard stand on Karnataka and silent stand on states like West Bengal, Kerala and Assam where damages and loss of life was more.
