Bee- keeping, a thriving profession in Rajouri

Rajouri, Sep 30, 2008: Farmers in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir are busy supplementing their income through bee- keeping and earning good returns by adopting modern techniques. They are using boxes and other modern gadgets provided at subsidized rates by the local administration. The Agriculture Development Authority of Rajouri has offered honeybees and boxes to the farmers at half the price to supplement the primary sources of income of agriculturists in the district.
