Shahzad Shah takes over as Director Finance of Konkan Railway

Mumbai, Sep 29 (UNI) Shahzad Shah, a 1979 batch officer of Indian Railways Accounts Service, has taken over as Director Finance of Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) with effect from September 18, 2008.

Konkan Railway, in a release issued here today, stated that Mr Shah has worked on several prestigious posts and assignments and has rich experience of more than 25 years as Financial Advisor and Accounts officer of the Indian Railways.

Mr Shah joined KRCL as Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer in April 2005 and has played an active role in improving the financial performance of the corporation, the release added.
