Case registered against 2 for anti-measles vaccine deaths
Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Sep 29 (UNI) Police today registered criminal cases against two people, in connection with the death of four children due to reaction of an anti-measles vaccine at Waghola village in Phulambri tehsil of the district on Saturday.
The father of one of the deceased, Nagesh Gaikwad, lodged a complaint with the Phulambri police station against the staff of the Jategaon Primary Health Centre, who had administered the vaccine.
On basis of the complaint, a case was registered against M R Sapkal and R T Nikam under Sections 304, 34 of the IPC.
